sir, Age of the kid is 5 year (male). Father expired on 20 dec 2018. Mother is a patient of depression.Can the grand parents ask for the custody or the visitor ship of the kid. As the mother of kid living with her parents and not allowing grand parents to visit and meet the child.
yes, grandparents can apply for the custody as well as visitation rights. court may grant custody only if you successfully prove that the mother is a patient of depression and even if custody is not given visitation rights will have to be given by the court.
