Divorce and visiting rights of child
17-Jan-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I m hindu.i m leaving with my parents from last 1.5 month.
I want divorce as my husband earns nothing..he is ready for mutual divorce but he want to meet my child..but i don't want him to meet child..as i m not demanding any maitanance for me or my child..
As a father he has a right to meet to his child / children. If he file child custody case he will get visitation rights from court. You cannot deny it.
Its better to resolve your matter amicably. Because if matter goes to court , you both ( you and your husband) and your child/ children will be suffered.
