custody to maternal family (uncle)

if the mother of child is dead due to breast cancer and she hasn’t taken the custody of a child but she wants that the child should go and live with his uncle then what statements are required to present in the court so that the custody can be given to maternal family against the child’s father.
hello client as i can see your issue is seems to be very important issue of upur family. in present issue which you have qoated over here is possible through filling of a child custody case in the relvant juridiction where the child is present at that place only case need to be filled . the child need to be given to uncle of the child as per last wish of the mother.
