After mutual divorce who can take the custody of the boy child. The boy child age is 7 years. Preference will be given first for the Mother or Father
Depends on the terms and conditions agreed in divorce petition if the petition is silent on that aspect then mother will be entitled to custody of child if custody is with father then petirion needs to be filed for custody
