Custody Of 2.5 Yr Old Son Holding British Passport

My son born in mumbai but holds british passport, father is british. I am indian mother. I want to move back to India with child. Pls let me know if I can get custody of my child. Can my husband take orders from UK court to take back my child. Also can I stay in house which my husband jointly owns with his sister in mumbai. I have lived there for 10 months . My husband stays in UK most part of year.
