Complaint against in laws for mental torture

i am being mentally torched by my in laws / husband since last 8 years. conditions become more worst now, i have m girl child age 9 yrs. but they do not agree to send her with me anywhere even in my parents home. they also misbehave with her a lot of times in front of my eye brain wash her in absence of me as i m working women. i want to get rid of them and also want my child get rid of them bcoz they would be harmful for her future. pls guide me i m at my parents home but my child is with them right now they r not sending my child with me. one more thing i want to give u that my father in law is a property dealer and make sale / purchase of land in my name since marriage and make profit. one of the land court case is pending in court in my name bcoz they make some fraud with purchaser and they file a case against my name. they use my only to sign the papers for make profit on land for them. i am from a Brahman hindu family

If your in laws misbehave you and with your girl child then take action against them and file complaint. And also file a case of child custody for
Custody of the girl child. because the mother usually gets custody of the minor child.

As it could be presumed from the query posted by you is that the your marriage is not working out anymore.

Dear client,
If you want to get your children then you have option to get them back.
First you will have to file a writ petition before your concerned high court and move habeas corpus writ petition, if your children are in illegal detention thereafter concerned high court will give u costurtdy, if your children give statement before high court to come with you.
As far as the above questioned forged of document is concerned by your father in law then you can file a case against him u/s 465 of I.P.C. and also move an application to SSP. Of concerned district.
