Child taken away from territorial jurisdiction of the court

Child is removed from territorial jurisdiction. I am hindu and wife also hindu. Can I invoke section 26 in this case.
Please mention section 26 under which act ? ....if he is taken away illegally and kept under illegal detention ...u can invoke writ petition for habeaus corpus before the concerned High court .....file a complaint along
