Child maintenance enhancement to be filed

I am being paid very low maintenance for my child though he earns a lot during my shift to India with my child I told the court thatiwill be working here and my salary will be Es 25,000/m but now everything has changed as my son is too depressed if I leave him and go for work I asked for enhancement of the maintenance but been refused is it possible to get me the enhancement? I am an Hindu
Yes you can file another petition for enhancement of maintenance. You can seek modification of the earlier order passed by the Court. But bear it in mind you need to plead with facts so as to convince the Court to grant enhancement of maintenance.
