My wife left my home before a month with my son who's age is 8 years without my permission and my son always want to live with me. she is not agree to come back and not give me divorce. but i want child Custody. today I gave complaint to local police station.
If you want Child Custody, you have to file case in Court. Only Court can give you Child Custody. You need to be financially capable to spend for Education of Child, Livelihood of Child, for his Care. Then only, you will get Child Custody. If Child is upto 8 years, Custody will usually go to Mother except under certain circumstances.
