Can father get Custody of a 7 year old male child and court will ask boy to for his interest if he wants to live with father or mother
Yes the father can get the custody of the child based in matter where he has been able to take care of the child and all where the court will also ask the boy where he wants to live and all where it would be decided that the court will listen to both the parties and decided what to do and what decision is been taken and all
