child custody after my daughter committed adultery before divorce

We are Christian. My daughter ran away from home and got married hurridly. At the time of marriage she was 19 and the boy was 22. They got married in Ulhasnagar and the marriage certificate they got is showing marriage as per Hindu law. After marriage their disputes started and she filed divorce case in Kalyan court. This case is going on since 2011 which is still not finished. but during these 5 years she got acquainted with a boy and started staying separately with him which is an adultery. Her child (girl) who is 6 years now is staying with us. now my son-in-law is very much concerned about his girl child and wants to take custody of the child. Please advice, after divorce who will get the custody of the child.
Hi the matter is already going on for divorce if in divorce case if your son in law files application or any other case for custody. most probably he will get the custody if shows that his wife living in adultery.
