Child Custody, Adopted Child-only one follow up study done.

Due to difference of opinion between me and my wife, my small child 23 Month is main sufferer. My wife along with my small boy child has taken him to her native and decided not to come back and also wants to keep the said child. My child was adopted in the month of FEB'2016 and under followup procedure ( as per CARA guideline - for 02 years child will be under followup (out of 04 followup study only 01 done). I want to KEEP my Child with me, My Question is that- " 1) How the Adoption Agency take back my Child. 2) Under Foster Care can I keep immediately the child after giving undertaking to Agency. 3) How much time required to again Register my child in my name( deleting wife name). 4) Any other suggestion you want me to suggest. Please guide me Sir.

Child will be immediately taken back by the Agency and it is its duty also. There is no security to child in your hands. Better first settle your matrimonial disputes then claim the child. Why unnecessarily spoil the bright future of the child.
