Child Custody According To Shia Personal Law

Tell me about custody of child according to shia personal law. If the wife is working and has kept children with her parents will she be entitled for custody after divorce.
Application has to be moved in the concerned court for guardianship of the child keeping in view the Shia personal law. also till the age of 7 the male child's natural guardian is the mother and in case of female child, till the age she attains puberty, the natural guardian is the mother.
