Child Access - Blatant violation of divorce agreement

11-Jul-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
I (Hindu Male), recently got divorced and was arm twisted, using false promises, into signing a very regressive child access terms. I gave in to my ex wife's demands only cause of the mental trauma she drove me through. Now even after divorce and agreeing to the regressive child access terms, my ex wife denies me access to my child even though she herself agreed to those terms. She is a lawyer herself and being a woman in India, uses all the tricks of the trade to threaten me and refuse me even basic access. I need advice on what options do I have here?

in this case, contempt proceedings will be initiated and that too of civil nature.Civil Contempt
Under Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act of 1971, civil contempt has been defined as wilful disobedience to any judgment, decree, direction, order, writ or another process of a court or wilful breach of an undertaking given to a court.
