Can separate custody petition under Hindu minority n guardianship act 1956 be filed in same family court ,after another custody petition under guardian n wards act 1890 got rejected on ground of jurisdiction ,"ordinarily resides"???

No, you cannot file a same petition before the same court once the matter has been rejected/dismissed by the court, it is barred by 'resjudicata'. Secondly you have the option to file an appeal against the orders of the court before the Hon'ble High court.
