Can mother claim child custody if denied meeting the child

Hi I am a female who has gone for a mutual divorce with child custody being handed over to father and access rights to me, they are not allowing me to even meet my son , can I claim for child custody of my son now?

Yes obviously it's your right to get custody for time decided as per terms of the mutual divorce petition. You can file execution proceeding also you can file contemporary proceeding in same court. It's your right which no one can denie.

Make a police complaint and with women and child welfeare dipartments officer go to meet your sone and then file civil suite for costody of chile and then affter costody file dv application but firstly mack NC in Police station Then go to W&C welfear officer then only you can

You can file application to the family court and make averment in that application that your husband not obeying consent terms as he is not allowing you to meet him. You can claim the custody of your child by making averment in that application.
