My wife said she can't take care of my mother and she took my daughter to her mother's house seven months back and now she is not allowing me to see my daughter. Kindly advise me on this
yes file a case for custody of child and also for restitution of conjugal rights, in that petitioner file application under section 26 of hindu marriage act and claim custody and visitation rights twice a week, the court will pass an order and you can visit and meet your child.
