Can I be the guardian of a child without adopting her

I intended to adopt baby girl from my cousionbut then i also conceived and due to difficult pregnancy could not adopt.i also gave birth to baby girl . Now i cant adopt my cousion's baby. I am bringing her up. How can i legally nound to her. Can i be her gaurdian. Heer parents are alive
No you can't be legal guardian of the child who has not been adopted as per the provision of law. Now you have a baby girl as such also you can't adopt her legally as well . Parents are the natural guardian of a child

You did not give the whole detail of adoption, condition of natural parents of adoptive daughter as well as your marital status. So without knowing about whole the facts and circumstances I am unable to provide you proper legal advice. however as per details given you had already adopted a girl child during your pregnancy. If you actually adopted her with fulfilling other requisite conditions of adoption and only could not register it. Then even after giving birth to daughter you can register the already taken adoption.
