Can husband claim for custody of daughter after Divorce

Hi since last three year I am sepreted I want divorce and my three year baby custody . He has goverment job and I have private but he is doing daily drink due to his habbit we separated but now he want my daughter . Since last three year he has not came to meet her now how can he claim pls guide me . I want ny daughter
Dear client if husband is daily drinker then court cannot give him custody. Because while granting custody court see the atmosphere where child grow. since your baby is too small he can not take custody of the child. But he may ask for access. which court may grant approx 4 to 5 hrs on sat and sunday or any of. also as you have mention that he is working in government sector we can get the child maintenance from his salary itself.
