After separation my son wants to stay with me how can to get custody
10-Oct-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
Me and my wife has got married with muslim law. my child is 3.10 years old, me and my wife is under separation, and i have taken my son from his school, now my son is with me, my wife has filed complaint under crpc 97 against me for custody of my son, but my son wish to live with me not with his mother, Is there any chance to keep my son with me.
in any type of law guardian of a child always his father only when the child depends on mother in that case only custody is given to the mother, in your case your child is near about 4 years old and that child is willfully living with you hence possibly police will not action against you .till eat you have any problem please do not hesitate to contact ,if you like my opinion please rate me,
