After divorce married under Muslim law now unable take child custody

I was married and subsequently divorced under Hindu Marraige Act,i had a very traumatic divorce,lasting 7.5 yrs to avoid litigation i married under Muslim law after conversion, now i am fighting for custody of my 10 yr son i am told i cannot get custody of my son as i am legally Muslim, please guide me as to how i can get my son back,my parents are Hindu

If you want custody of the child then we have to file a petition for custody of child in the concerned family court as per guardians and wards act so by the court order you can able to get custody of child
