I am deafulting an EMI as i incurred loss in business, so i need few months relaxation in EMI, howev

I am deafulting an EMI as i incurred loss in business, so i need few months relaxation in EMI, however i tried contacting bank they are not ready to stop EMI for few months. There is one company named as "Single Debt" in Mumbai, they are claiming that they deal with creditors in legal way, I don't think so it is possible. Please confirm if this is real that we can stop bank for few months. Because i need only few months to establish myself therafter anyways i am going to pay an EMI.. with all charges.
once you have become a defaulter with any financial institution, you can only request the bank to give you some time..
however, currently looking at the Indian market no bank will give you months time, however, only sometime can be given to you that too if you are able to clear their EMI dues for the say next few months.
