Stopped payment of cheque by a pvt ltd company

I have supplied material worth Rs. 40 lacs to a pvt ltd company against a cheque. When I have deposited the cheque, it was stopped by the client. How can I proceed?
Can I also file suit in Commercial court? Also can I proceed through NCLT?
Please guide me for the fast realization of funds.
You can proceed with filing complaint under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act and you can also lodge FIR under section 420 and 406 IPC. One more thing for recovery and loss you may file suit for recovery against them. For more details contact us.
