Stalled cheque marked by high court


10-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Session court in Mumbai has ordered to deposit 20% of cheque amount. For which we appealed in high court for quashing but the high court has marked as stalled cheque and ordered to all the evidence in session court.

You haven't made it clear if you are the complainant or the accused . In either case, you need appeal before the SC if you are aggrieved by the order of the HC. your case needs to be properly understood by perusing the documents in order to give proper legal advice
