08-Nov-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Sir, one of my client has received a non cts cheque in oc.2019 by accused. Bank has given dishonour memo, now can i file a case i have sent notice to accused please advice. Give me related citations.
Dear sir
THe most important thing is getting Endorsement. You keep deficiencies of gour case with yourself. Court has registered and issued summons even in case of non CTS cheques . WIthin time limit get file through my office ,if interested ,a cheque bounce case against accused and see that summons are issued to him. THere is no stage called discharged before trial court as such accused has to face regular trial .
