partnership in cheque bounce case

If there is a cheque bounce case and if 2nd partner Is not able to pay his 50% share of defaulted money to court, will 1st partner be forcefully liable to pay all the defaulted sum? Including first partners share?

sometime its yes sometime it's no because total things is depend on your agreement. the partnership agreement which you people made on the basis of that. kindly check your partnership agreement . find all the points all the conditions .
