Part payment paid but presented in bank

I issued the cheque amounted 84000,in that i payed 50000 through net banking and mentioned cheque no in the remarks, but again that person deposited in my account, I never give any stopment for that cheque, my cheque has been dishonored because of insufficient funds, he issued the notice, what can i do sir?
you have to contest the case, if you have really paid the amount and have the proof then you only win the case. all court are interested to settle down the matter in a quick manner. so do not hesitate or avoid the legal process
