Hello, I had register for a taxi service in nagpur city in 2018. in July 2019 I cancelled my subscription. I had paid 23000 rupees in advance for the service. even after applying for cancellation its it's now eight month but they are not refunding my I amount they have given me a cheque of rupees 15000 which is bounced twice. What should I do now please help me out?
if there is an agreement registered for services between you and the tax agency and the cheque issued by them is for the debt owed by them to you, then you should send them a legal notice for cheque bouncing case and thereafter file a complaint under the relevant provisions of the negotiable instruments act
