Issuing Legal Notice to the defaulter in Cheque bounce case
13-Sep-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I need to receive amount of 400000/- from a person. He is absconding from past 2 months. His mobile number is active. The addresses provided by him are untraceable (including his aadhar card and msme registration address). He has vacated the premises shown to me. I have 4+ cheques bounced and his mobile number is active. Whenever I call him he is asking me to file a case against him. To serve him the legal notice, I don't have valid address. I only only have his PAN, Aadhar, MSME certificates photocopy along with 6 cheques amounting to 5.5 lakh. What are the options available to me to recover my amount. Can police help in tracing the accused or do I have any option from court in tracing the accused or does bank provide me with the address of accused from their database. Kindly advise.
Now legal notice by WattsApp and email is valid as per the dictum of Supreme Court.
