Intention to cheat my family , we require the given amount back

My family was cheated by a person in the name of agricultural subsidy loan an amount of 15 lakhs , totally intention to cheat my family he gave a surity of two promissory notes @ 5 lakhs each, and two blank cheques with signature without date and amount, what is my legal to recover my amount other than sec.138 and my family totally collapsed with this loan , any body help me out thanks in advance I want my money back that's it my motto with as early as. Possible

based on promissory note you can file a summary suit under order 37 of CPC.
other side has to pay 50% of money if he chooses the contest or else court will direct the other party to pay money within 5 months from date of suit. summary suit is a fast track provision under CPC for money recovery.
