I should Submit empty cheque to It compay

company but they are asking me to give cheque without putting date in that chequ,i should do job for 2 years for less payment and he is taking signature on bond 2 years i will work hear ani(What happens if i quit from that office with in 1 year) I had joinig on monday plz reply because of this reason iam waiting (in case if i quit from offcie after 1 year anything happens for me(after submitting the cheque can i block that particular cheque no)

Hi
Not sure why your new employer is asking for an undated cheque.
It is illegal to obtain undated cheques in lieu of employment.
However you can issue cheque now and later you can block the particular cheque .
Also cheques given as security do not constitute any debt and hence you do not need to worry about the consequences.
