How to save myself cheque bouncing bcoz I have given blank cheque

Sir , Mene ek friend se loan 40 k Lita tha last year 10%interst se badme use repay Nahi Kar pa interest time par Me job par nai honese toh usne 75k dekar settlement Kar ne ko Kaha..wo bhi EMI option dekar monthly 5 k dene ko Kaha..to abtak Mene 24 k de chuka hu toda toda karke.abhi achanak dhamki 1.50k deneko keh Raha he Yani double.. Mene use blank cheque Diya hu use nai diye utne toh wo legal action lega else keh rha he..isse kese bachu plz guide kijiye?
Send him notice about the. Same that I repaid all the loan kindly handover the cheque,you May require to send the notice through advocate about the same
