01-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Sir, We gave Rs. 2,00,000 to a person for obtaining abroad job. Later we came to know that he cheated us. He did not return money to us. Finally, he gave a cheque and we put that for a collection. The cheque got bounced. Later, he gave a second cheque, again the cheque is bounced. So, what do we need to do now? 1. If we filed a case against him, how much money we shall get? 2. If we filed a case, how many hearings would this take? 3. We have all the evidence such as phone call recording, emails etc. 4. We are from dindigul and the person who cheated us is near by tanjavur. What is the procedure to file a case Could you please auggest
