i give a chaq one parson rs 2500. he overwrite The chaq chage di amount increased Rs 25000. he claimed to me give 25000 otherwise i file the case
You have to give the reply of the notice about the same fact of oberwriting the zero and can demand the ink examination of the cheque amount. Further you have to give 2500 to save urself from the realm of cheque bounce and rest amount that person will be liable under 468, ipc.
