An application has been filed at exh 4 seeking permission to compound the offence punishable under section 420 permission has been granted informant submitted that does not want to proceed with the matter the accused has no objection in returning siezed amount to informant
The matter stands disposed as per the application of exh 4
Accused is hereby acquitted of the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC.
