An application has been filed at exh 4 seeking permission to compound the offence punishable under section 420 permission has been granted informant submitted that does not want to proceed with the matter the accused has no objection in returning siezed amount to informant The matter stands disposed as per the application of exh 4 Accused is hereby acquitted of the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC. Above is the matter in order copy. So I am eligible for any government exams like civil services. Kindly help me. Thank you.

Of course you are eligible for government exams like civil services and others.
You are acquitted and the complainant himself has said that he doesn't want to proceed in s.420 of IPC.
You are free and clear according to what you have stated above.
