Criminal Revision Petition - High Court withdrawal procedure

My father is on bail on surety for a cheque bounce case filed by the bank. He had paid 60% of the cheque amount as fine. Now bank has come for compromise. They are ready for out of court settlement and has given time for loan repayment. As a first installment they require the amount we paid at court. What is the procedure for the same and how to settle the case amicably. Our lawyer is not ready for compromise. Please help.

If lawyer is not cooperating then take NOC from him or issue notice to him terminating his services. You can approach my office. I will let you know the procedure to settle the matter out of court and to deposit first instalment in the court etc.
