Cheque ll deposit in bank today

Hi sir am Narendra pune i have to pay 7 lakh to party i ask them to give me more time but they deny but they ll present cheque today so it ll bounce and then they ll file complaint 138 and 420 so they are not giving time and should I request bank for stop payment cheque
better to drop a mail to that party stating you are unable to maintain your bank account as of now and ask them to take your permission to deposit the same. you can also send a letter to your banker directing not to clear any cheque without your permission or ask to stop payment. for detail knowledge you can take experts advice.
