Mr. Pratihari, as the cheque has no date and as I am legal heir to my father can't I deposit in the bank to get it bounced.
In whose name is the cheque ? Cheques without date can be bounced with putting in a date but I would suggest you prior legal assistance before that. We need to analyse the cause for such change also.
