The person have to give RS.16 lack for me which he got from me. He accepted to give in part basis so he given me a check worth of 2lack but he don't have sufficient balance and check bounced back and now he is trying to cheat me and saying that he didn't given any check and now he says to one of my friends that he lost his check book and it was stolley by and now I m using it and I am trying to convict him...what I have to and how I will recover my amount shall I file any complaint against him

You have to immediately send a legal noticr to him through an advocate. Then after that you have to file a case before Magistrate court. Nowadays the case relating to cheque bounce are fast tracked. so you can surely get back the money. check first the signature in the cheque is his signature.

Question #1: Do you have proof to establish that you have given 16 lakhs to the accused person ?

Question #2: Do you have on-paper such income to prove that you have the capacity to lend 16L rupees ?
