Cheque bounce order status over prevailing section 10 of ibc case in

I have an ongoing cheque bounce in metropolitan court on my client but they have voluntary filed case in nclt under section 10 and have called for claim proof in form B from us..so please guide us which will help us get our money..
in case the company is involved in an insolvency proceedings, all other criminal and civil cases get stayed automatically. your remedy lies before the nclt which will first settle all the liabilities of the same company by disposing of the assets etc
