Cheque bounce issue of warrant

20-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Sir i am an accused of cheque bounce case and had attended court peshis for 2 years or more by completing all the formalities. Suddenly one day court said your case is shifted to other court (nearby to us). Since then i did not received any notice from any court for attending peshis. Infact i shifted my residence and may due to that i have not received any notice/communication from the court. Now suddenly complainant called me and said the court has issued a warrant against me, for not attending the peshis. My case is also been sent to the previous court. In this regard i would like to know after shifting my case from one court to other court, if i don't receive any notice (even due to my address change), can the court issue warrant? if so, how can i proceed further (what to do) to cancel the warrant and attend the peshis.

hi
in general, there is no necessity for issue of fresh summons if case is transferred from one court to another and more so when both contesting parties are appearing in previous court.
you can get the nbw issued by new court cancelled and if you send wish can also challenge the transfer of case to new court at high court
