Cheque bounce issue - legal advice needed to get back the money given.

07-Dec-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
My friend took money from me of 100000/- for is businesses and showed me some cheques which would clear to me and repay the same to me by days. he didn't not return the money back and i had presented cheque once and it got bounces. it is more then 80 days and in 10 days the cheque will get expired. i am sure if re-present it again it will bounce. It is simply telling me dates and not returning the money back. i have cheque which he had given. what are the legal way to find him and get back the money with interest. what will be the legal consultation charges for giving notice.

Hi. . you Present the cheque once again and get it bounced. After bouncing of the cheque you issue him legal notice in that you demand for the money and give him fifteen days time to return the money and after the fifteen days you have one month time to file a case .
Thank you
