Cheque Bounce Case By An Employee By Stealing The Cheque

I used to operate an acc and had to close that acc due to pressure by the other bank where I took over draft loan.. One of my employee got hold some old cheque which I signed duly and not addressed... After two years of closure my account he bounced it and sent a summons from the court in 138 ni act. Here to confirm I need not any amount to my employee and I closed my firm 9 months due to loss.
File a PCR against such employee for theft and make a unlawful gain by misuseing such cheque. You need to at the stage of your evidence provide court ac closure statement etc.
