Cheque Bounce against supplied material

Dear Sir,
We are the supplier of Coal based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat and supplied material to the company based at Bahadurgarh, Haryana in Nov 2017. Cheque were issued to us but all cheque were bounce and our payment is still pending till date. Cheque lodged in bank on Jan 2018 and bounce back. Total 7 cheques were bounced.
Please suggest what should I do now ?

you were supposed to consult an advocate just as you got the cheque bounced. because we need to send them a legal notice there is a time limit that you have lapsed. however, still you can claim for the same recoverable amount in court. and if in case you have any cheque which is not used then you are lucky. for further clarification you can call me. thank you.
