Cheque bounce 20% amount not available to deposit in court that time how to take bail without 20% amount
it is the courts discretion to allow the bail or disallow bail..
if you cannot prima facie show that you have some liquidity to pay the 20% compensation in sometime, then in that case your bail can be outrightly rejected.
