Cheque Amount Is More Than Actual Due

I have company mail for the scheme of particular months .. but company not credited credit note in my account as I decided to left work and bounced my blnak security cheques for rs.250000 but my actual due is 180000 after deducting rs.70000 for my claims .. I can prove in court also with mail received from company .I verified whole statement of company submitted in court mo where any credit note mentioned which they liable .. .. IS MY POSITION IS STRONG IN MY CASE

has your cheque bounced yet or no...if the same is bounced we will have to issue a notice under section 138 read with section 141 of the negotiable instruments act..
for issuing the notice there is limitation and if your cheque is already bounced we will have to issue the notice at the earliest..
