Check Bounce and Company Bound Issue

i was freely trained in one of a MNC by agreeing for 6 to 9 months of training without salary and gave a check worth of 50,000rps. But due to my fainance im unable to continue that job because of my debts during training.And they asked me to write 3.5 years bond.In that stage i agreed for that but im unable to continue that.Now they sent a legal notice stating that they will file Check Bounce case.Can you please suggest me aa solution

hi
it is illegal for employers to force employees to sign any employment bond.
since your training itself was without remuneration, the employment itself is illegal. in a check bounce case, it is mandatory that there is a subsisting debt. in your case there is no debt and cheque was issued as security.
so issue a reply notice to your ex employer asking for salaries for period worked and tell them that cannot encash the cheque which was issued as security.
