Bounced cheque re presented without my authorisation

20-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I was issued a SBI cheque by my tenant for Rent which I presented in HDFC bank where I hold my account.after two days my tenant calls me saying my cheque was not cleared due to some technical problem and am in your HDFC Bank the manager wants to talk to you.And the HDFC manager says due to some technical problem your cheque has returned so am representing on issuers request.but actually the cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds which was not revealed to me. Now the cheque got cleared.both the tenant and bank manager has represented the bounced cheque.please advice.

hi
please ask your HDFC Bank for cheque return memo .
also issue notice to your HDFC Bank for re-presenting the cheque without your written consent.
also take steps to vacate your tenant as your tenant has interfered in your banking matters which is matter of great concern
