Hello sir..
I am dealing in textilestuff.. In surat
One buyer from delhi purchased some textile stuff from me and he gave me cheques (With 12%GST)
That deal happened in GST. And he gave me cheques.
And now those cheques are returned...
And the buyer is not answering properly..
Can u please suggest me How to teach him good lesson and Take my paymen Back..

hi.i m an advocate from surat. first send him a legal notice. If he does not pay within 1 month from receiving the legal notice, you can file a complaint in court directly. The procedure is easy and if he does not present himself in the court he will have to face the police.
