18-Nov-2023 (In Breach of Contract Law)
Sir I have signed a bond of 100rs which is empty and some contact papers saying company policy of 2 years service without resignation and 80k check should be given to company and they can terminate me with any reason. Can the contract be breaked and can I leave the company legally ? I have pictures of empty bond I have signed.

Normally such contracts contain a minimum tenure of service period. In which case, reparations have to be made to the company for any losses incurred due to your early resignation from the company.
Not sure why you had to pay 80k, don't think that's a prevalent practice.
To examine the lawful resignation from the company, one will have to examine the contract of employment carefully
